Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd (XYCL) is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity with Institution of Public Character (IPC) status. XYCL is governed by its Constitution.
XYCL is rooted from Xin Yuan Community Care (XYCC), a registered Society established in 2005. XYCL upholds the mission, vision and objectives of XYCC. The Society is currently in the process of transitioning its programmes, services and operations to XYCL.
MISSION
To uplift the lives of the vulnerable and disadvantaged in Singapore
VISION
To be an impactful social service agency in an inclusive society where both young and old thrive.
Our objectives are:
1. Provide care and support for seniors in the community, including basic healthcare, day activity and therapeutic services, social and recreational activities, essential aid and financial assistance, among others, so they can live with dignity, connection and independence.
2. Support the development and learning needs of underprivileged children and young persons so they can achieve their potential.
3. Provide relevant assistance to vulnerable individuals and families and connecting them to community resources, where possible.

Our charity is committed to providing regular financial assistance and daily therapeutic, health and educational support to over 250 needy elderly and 50-60 underprivileged children from low-income families in the Bishan-Toa Payoh area. We strive to fill the social and financial welfare gaps among the needy children, youth and elderly.
We have a team of dedicated nurses, therapists and volunteers who ensure the needs of our beneficiaries are met through the execution of our day-to-day programmes. Our beneficiaries are not charged any fees.
All donors will enjoy tax deduction of 2.5 times the amount donated to Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd. If you would like to support our programmes, kindly issue a cheque to Xin Yuan Comcare Ltd and provide us your full name, NRIC, address, contact number on the reverse side and mail it to our office. We will update your donation records with IRAS.
