Morning exercise with our Fitness Trainers.
The daily group exercises, conducted at Xin Yuan, has brought a lot of joy and happiness to our elderly beneficiaries. Our professional trainers tailor the routines according to our beneficiaries’ ability and tolerance level. With the help of the trainers, our beneficiaries have improved their fitness and agility and are able to cope better with their daily activities independently. We have also incorporated Dumbbells and Resistance Training bands into the exercise routine to further strengthen their muscles. We hope that with these exercises, our beneficiaries will keep their bodies healthy!
